I wanted to share with you 9 questions that actually came to me last night as I was at my whiteboard mapping out how I could improve my business, reach and impact more people.
Normally when I do this its sales processes, diagrams and stuff but instead 9 questions popped into my mind and they’re quite interesting questions.
I’m going to share these with you because I think maybe you’re someone who is looking to build a wildly successful business, you want to build a big team, you want to maybe create more money for yourself, maybe lead a lot of people or build an army of people all across the globe that are succeeding in their business and you want to be the leader.
Here they are:
1) What is my business?
2) How does it serve others?
3) How do I serve others?
4) What is its purpose?
5) What feelings do I want my prospects/team members to associate with me?
6) What is my vision for the people who join and buy from me?
7) What is my vision for my team?
8) How will I help my team succeed?
9) What would someone who does this do on a daily basis?
I wanted to share this with you because when I got first started in the industry (and this is the same for most people) I just wanted to make more money.
Maybe you want to make more money, quit your job, have money for more vacations, buy a new car, pay off debt, maybe you just want to have some more money in the bank or perhaps you have very big plans to help charities and create a very very large income and start your own legacy and take this to the next level.
For me just by being around the industry for the last few years and being around people that are getting the results I want, listening to audios, watching videos and reading I’ve found that its changed for me a little bit in that it’s not just about making money but more of a passion for impacting a lot of people.
If you’re someone that wants to impact a lot of people, you want to do a lot of good in the industry and you want people to be successful that are in your team then I think these 9 questions are going to enable you to take your business to a little bit of a deeper level.
So it’s not just about strategies and getting leads and making sales, but actually about you becoming a leader, you becoming a different person and coming up with a vision of WHO it is that you want to become, because I think that’s a stronger motivating factor when you know WHO you want to become and what you want to achieve in terms of helping other people. That’s a much stronger driving factor than things that are external to us, like buying a new house or car. I hope these 9 questions help you out, write them down and spend sometime answering them and create a ‘BIG PLAN’ business.
