I hope you had a great holiday season! Today I’m going to share with you how to attract the best team to you so that you can build a wildly successful home business so that you can get closer and actually live your dream lifestyle.
So how do you do that?
Well you need a big team, whether its front line or people several levels down, you need a big team that is buying and moving a lot of products…so you’ll make more money
How do you attract the best team to YOU? How do you attract people that will see your stuff, see you and say ‘YES’ I want to work with you?
I believe the best way to do that is by being yourself, because 95% of the time…certainly from my experience of over 900 people now that have joined me in stuff, the number one reason that people give me for joining is because of me.
So the number one reason people will join you in your business is because of YOU!
Of course you might have some people looking for a random link to sign up and it happens to be yours….that’s pretty rare though as people join people!
So why will people decide to join you?
Because of you…
So two things I want to share with you:
The first I struggled with for a long time and that is be ok with just being you.
We’re really clever as human beings and we know when someone’s putting up a front or trying to be someone else. When I first started online I thought I had to be like the gurus and the superstars in the industry and I had to emulate them. Sure you can model leaders but you don’t need to copy and be those people. In fact if you try and BE those people then you won’t get the results that you want.
People want authenticity and someone that’s going to share an authentic message and all of us have stories that we can use in our business, we’ve all had struggles and disappointments and we can all overcome those. If you haven’t yet overcome your disappointment and frustration in your business then the day will come when you will. Just by allowing yourself to learn what you need to learn and take the action required to build your business.
Which brings me onto the second point I want to share with you…
And that is, becoming the best version of you
It’s all very well being you, that’s cool. However if you want to attract a lot of people then you should strive and make the decision that you’re going to be the best version of you. Because if you’re the best version of you then you’ll have more awareness, you see more opportunity, you’re more positive, you’ve got more passion for what it is that you’re doing and people will feel that!
One of the greatest reasons people will join you is because of your enthusiasm and your authenticity and your excitement about your business. So be the best version of you.
Which leads us on to personal development which I believe is absolutely key. Over the last year I’ve done pretty much nothing but personal development. I haven’t watched any TV or news, all I watch and fill my brain with is personal development material and creating an abundant mindset. This has had a Hugh impact on me in confidence and being able to get up in front of a camera and share value with my followers.
So I wanted to share this with you…be ok with being you because there’s no point in trying to be someone else, you might as well be YOU and then be the best version of you!
The best way to be the best version of you is to get around people that are getting the results that you want. Feed off their energy, watch what they do, follow them, there’s plenty of people who do periscopes and webinars, be around them as much as possible. It’s what I do on a daily basis.
This is how you’re going to start to craft yourself into somebody that is going to attract a large number of people and when you do that you can start building the right team for you. Because the right people that should be in your team are the people that resonate with you.
Applying these principles has helped me share more value with my followers and when you start doing this and do more of it if you’ve already started then you’ll become more powerful as I believe that we all have the equal power to create the results that we want.
It doesn’t really matter what your previous or current circumstance are, in fact one of the worst things you can do is allow your current or previous results to affect your plans and the way you think for the future.
Because what you want for your future you can have you just need to focus on it and continue to develop yourself.
