Argghhh! Article writing, blogging, content syndication, graphic design, setting up wordpress blogs, sorting out techy stuff….it can get a real pain right?
Doing the grunt work in your business can really slow down your journey on the fast track to freedom. It can also cause brain overload and generally leave you feeling frustrated and pooped!
So what’s the answer?
Get someone else to do your work for you.
Imagine if you are doing everything in your business yourself, what happens when you want to take off and ‘live the dream’ or just hop off for 2 weeks to a tropical beach?
Everything stops and nothing gets done because you’re not there to do the work. That’s not leverage and it’s not going to allow you to scale your business.
I recently started outsourcing various task in my business and it’s the most liberating experience I’ve had in the last 12 months (apart from getting free of corporate slavery).

For outsourcing I would recommend the Philippines over and above any other country, partly because of cost and partly because of the general culture of Filipinos. Once you find someone that you want to stick with they will 9 times out of 10 be loyal to you and never quit. You can teach and train them to become an integrated part of your business and all for around $250 – $300 per month for full time work.
Whilst affordable for us in Western countries, to them this is more often than not a good full time wage. In many provinces the average Filipino may earn around 350 pesos per day, you will be paying around 430 per day, plus these guys have the chance to work from their own home and also escape the ‘corporate system’ themselves. So not only will you benefit but you will be taking someone else along with you on the ride to freedom.

You will need to be willing to train your new assistant as its unlikely they can just jump right in and do everything you want without some training. Videos and Jing are the best ways to achieve this. Many Filipinos also have fantastic English skills both written and spoken, so they can do work for you on both content creation and also for calling up customers/leads.

Personally I prefer full time people, that way you can fully integrate them into your business long term.
If you are serious about scaling out your business, then you should outsource as soon as possible, it’s a very liberating experience and leaves you to focus on what you should be doing and that is Marketing.
Don’t do what I did and procrastinate for 9 months lol, just do it and break free.
