Compensation Plan
BlackBox Cosmetics Independent Sales Associates (ISAs) are paid a minimum of 20% commission on their personal sales. All sales are made through the ISA’s personal replicated website and shopping cart. Qualifying ISAs can earn 10-25% bonuses on their entire shopping cart sales during a given month. ISAs who choose to build a sales organization can earn from 1% to 8% commission on their organization’s sales up to 8 levels deep.
