New Bona Clara Brand Reps must purchase a Welcome Kit containing marketing, promotional and training materials, a personalized website, and 5 full-size, age-specific products as well as 20 sample-sized products.

Compensation Plan

Bona Clara Brand Reps earn 30% of the retail price of products sold to their personally enrolled retail and auto-ship customers. Brand Reps can also earn additional bonuses and trips. Brand Reps who build a team and are promoted can earn additional commissions and bonuses. Bona Clara Brand Reps are paid commissions on a prepaid Visa card.
