Compensation Plan
Dove Chocolate Discoveries Chocolatiers can earn up to 40% commission on their personal sales volume each month, regardless of rank. When a Chocolatier reaches the rank of Manager, they receive a one-time $500.00 promotion bonus as well as an additional bonus on their entire personal group volume. Generation overrides are paid 4 levels deep and at a higher percentage than the 3% Manager Bonus.
