I wanted to talk to you today about goal setting and more specifically, do you know exactly what it is that you want?
Maybe you want more money, pay off debt, take vacations, maybe you want to quit your job, maybe you’ve got a passion that you want to follow.
An exercise that I wanted to share with you that I did a few months ago is to specifically write down what it is that I want and then work how much money and income I need to create in order to live that lifestyle.
Imagine getting into a car without a destination in mind then what’s going to happen? You could drive around aimlessly, you might run out of fuel, you might get lost or you MIGHT end up somewhere really nice, but its leaving things to LUCK.
I don’t know about you but I don’t like to leave things to luck, I like to know exactly what I want, exactly where I want to go and exactly how I’m going to get there.
So I wanted to share this with you about writing down your goals and exactly what it is that you want, how much money that you need to earn and make a plan, don’t worry too much about the how right now. The first important thing is to know where it is that you want to go.
Because once you’ve got the plan of how much money you want to make then you can work out how you’re going to get there and if you’re in a network marketing business or a home business then there’s certain things you’re going to need.
You’re going to need leads, you’re going to need a commission earning vehicle, some kind of framework so you don’t have to do all the technical stuff and you’re going to need to take action.
*No action equals no money, just being honest…..you need to work*
So make a plan, decide EXACTLY how much money you need to live your dream lifestyle and write down what your perfect day is. Really think about it, dream big and don’t let current circumstances affect your plans for your future because anything is possible.
