Neways is a health & wellness network marketing company that endeavours to maximize health and beauty whilst protecting from exposure to harmful ingredients often found in mainstream products. They’ve compiled a list of around 3000 ingredients that they try and avoid in their products.
Of particular interest is their Max Flash Technology which is seen as one of the most innovative food science advancements in 50 years. When using traditional bottling methods, liquids are heated and held at elevated temperatures until they are bottled. So effectively the heat of the liquid is sanitizing the bottle.
With the Max Flash method, Neways use ultra high heating for a very short time and immediately cool the liquid to room temperature, after which its cold filled into a pre-sterilized packaging. This means a fresher better tasting product for the customer! All this is done at their state of the art plant in Southern California.
There’s a full range of products to choose from, nutritional juices, personal care, skin care and also a household cleaning product. The focus is on effectiveness and avoiding the use of harmful chemicals.
The Neways Business
Neways was founded in 1992 and they are based in Springville, Utah. They now operate in 30 different countries and estimate they have over half a million distributors. In 1996 they were bought by Golden Gate Capital. There is a great leadership team behind the company, Scott St Clair is CEO and has a strong financial/accounting background with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Chris Crump is Chief Legal Counsel and Jennifer Wolbers is VP of sales & marketing. Whatever company you decide to join you should look for strong leadership. Neways has that!
They are also members of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) which gives great credibility. There is also a Science Advisory Board that are constantly researching and improving their product line, they are also doing their bit to help disadvantaged children around the world.
Making Money
You can earn an income through the Neways hybrid compensation plan, they claim its one of the most lucrative in the industry and it can be if you are willing to put in some serious work. They pay 50% of sales volumes that qualify for payment and you can earn through the Multiplex Profit & Affinity profit centers. Multiplex is designed to pay out immediate income from selling products and Affinity is going to provide you with a residual income, if you build a team of active distributors under you.
They also offer a car bonus scheme for the top performers. Like any network marketing business, to succeed you need to become skilled at personal prospecting, recruiting, training and motivating your team. Regardless of what anyone might tell you, a big income probably isn’t going to happen overnight either. It will take CONSISTENT DEDICATION to reach the point of financial and time freedom that we are all in this industry to achieve.
One of the biggest stumbling blocks I see in the industry is a lack of leads. So many distributors are relying only on their warm market, or worse still are cold calling or trying to prospect strangers! Whilst all these methods can work they are not ideal.
You probably should start with your warm market, but will probably exhaust that list quite quickly. So you MUST find a way to be bringing in new prospects and making presentations to them on a daily basis. Using some basic online strategies you can achieve this!
